Alongside the website, we set up a performance tracking dashboard and project management for PowerConcepts. The setup gives the team a place to review performance and manage the project, connecting reporting with the work being delivered.
This was part of the delivery scope: a working way to keep the project visible after the website work began. The dashboard setup is distinct from the functionality and integration improvements described in the client’s review below.
