Turning a rescue story into a connected brand program.

Meow Back brought Casa Leo’s adoption mission into the customer journey. Grow Wild managed the program alongside a sustained paid-media and brand engagement.

A brand idea with operational work behind it

Casa Leo makes smart pet products for cat owners. Meow Back connected the brand’s rescue roots with a practical invitation for adopters to share their stories and engage with the product. The work extended beyond a single advertisement or announcement: the campaign needed a consistent message, a participation journey and clear responsibilities across marketing and customer service.

Grow Wild managed Meow Back as part of its Casa Leo engagement. Our campaign planning connected social participation, adopter incentives, shelter outreach, media messaging and ongoing customer communication around one brand idea.

Connected disciplines

Brand strategy, paid media, PR planning, social content and customer-journey design.

The campaign design

Start with the adopter’s story

The campaign plan used rescue and adoption stories as the creative foundation. Social participation gave the audience a role in the brand narrative and supplied a clear theme for campaign content.

Connect participation to a next step

The planned customer journey linked social entries, eligibility review and a one-time product incentive. It mapped the handoffs needed between the marketing team, customer support and the online store.

Carry the story across channels

Campaign planning connected creator content, shelter outreach, press materials and paid promotion. A shared message helped the different channels point toward the same program.

Paid media supported the wider program

Our August 2025 advertising work covered Performance Max Shopping, non-brand Search, Display and remarketing. The team adjusted budgets, refined negative keywords and separated accessory intent from the core product purchase journey.

Meow Back remarketing focused on previous site visitors, with the aim of bringing interested shoppers back into the purchase journey while the wider campaign developed the brand story.

Budget and performance decisions drew on the product mix and account reporting. Campaign planning and ongoing advertising shared the same commercial context.

One program, clear responsibilities

The campaign plan mapped the work behind participation: how an adopter would enter, how customer support would review eligibility and how an incentive would fit into the shopping journey. It also set out the content, outreach and measurement needed to support the program.

That operational detail matters. A strong creative idea needs a workable path from the first message to the next customer action, with each team understanding its part.

Why the approach matters

A campaign becomes more useful when its story and its customer journey are designed together. The social idea, advertising, support handoffs and measurement need to support the same next step. Meow Back is a concrete example of bringing those disciplines into one program.
