ADA-compliant web design that protects your business
Your website is a place of public accommodation, and inaccessible sites get sued. We design, audit, and remediate to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 — fixing the underlying code, not masking it with an overlay — so every visitor can use your site and your business is defensible.
Why accessibility cannot wait:
The Risk
Inaccessible websites are a growing liability.
Digital accessibility lawsuits climb every year, and the businesses targeted are rarely the ones who saw it coming. The exposure is legal, financial, and reputational — and it compounds the longer it goes unaddressed.
Lawsuit & Demand-Letter Exposure
Thousands of ADA web lawsuits and demand letters are filed annually against businesses of every size. A single claim can cost more in legal fees and settlement than years of proactive remediation.
Overlay Widgets That Backfire
Accessibility overlays and plugins fix only a sliver of WCAG issues, frustrate assistive-technology users, and have become a top trigger for litigation. A widget is not a defense.
One in Four Customers Shut Out
About a quarter of adults live with a disability. An inaccessible checkout, form, or menu quietly turns away paying customers — and the revenue loss never shows up in your analytics.
SEO and Brand Damage
Semantic structure, alt text, and clean markup power both accessibility and search. Inaccessible code hurts your rankings, your AI-search visibility, and the brand promise you make to every user.
What We Do
Accessible web design, end to end.
We cover the full lifecycle of accessibility — from finding what is broken to fixing it in code, validating it with real assistive technology, and keeping it conformant as your site evolves.
Accessibility Audit & VPAT
A WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audit combining automated scans, manual expert review, and assistive-technology testing — delivered with a prioritized remediation plan and a VPAT or accessibility conformance report.
Code-Level Remediation
We fix the real issues: semantic HTML, ARIA, color contrast, focus management, keyboard operability, and labeling — no overlays, no shortcuts, no masking.
Accessible UX & Design
Design systems, color palettes, and component patterns that are beautiful and conformant from the first wireframe, so accessibility is built in rather than bolted on.
Developer Implementation
Production-ready, accessible front-end code built with modern frameworks. We implement directly or hand your developers tested, dev-ready specifications.
Team Training & Documentation
We upskill your designers, developers, and content team on accessible practices and leave behind documentation so new pages stay compliant.
Ongoing Monitoring & Compliance
Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We monitor for regressions, re-test after releases, and maintain your accessibility statement so conformance holds over time.
Our Process
From audit to defensible compliance
A methodical path to real, documented conformance — prioritized by legal risk and user impact.
Audit & Discovery
We evaluate your site against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA using automated tooling, manual expert review, and testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
WCAG 2.1/2.2 AAPrioritize by Risk
Every issue is ranked by legal exposure and user impact, so you remediate the highest-risk barriers first instead of chasing low-value warnings.
Risk-Ranked PlanRemediate the Code
We fix the underlying markup, ARIA, contrast, and focus order — and rebuild inaccessible components properly rather than patching over them.
No OverlaysValidate with Assistive Tech
Fixes are verified the way real users experience them: with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and zoom, not just a passing scanner score.
Human-TestedDocument & Maintain
We deliver an accessibility statement and VPAT, then monitor for regressions and re-test after releases so conformance holds.

Who This Is For
If a barrier could cost you, this is for you.
Accessibility delivers the highest return — and the lowest risk — when it is addressed before a complaint arrives rather than after.

E-Commerce & Retail
High-traffic storefronts where an inaccessible checkout is both a lawsuit magnet and a silent revenue leak.
Healthcare & Finance
Regulated, high-exposure industries where accessibility, privacy, and trust are non-negotiable.
Businesses Facing a Deadline
Anyone who has received a demand letter, failed an audit, or has a launch or RFP that requires conformance now.
Frequently asked questions
What is ADA web design?
ADA web design means building and remediating websites so that people with disabilities can perceive, operate, and understand them. In practice that means conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which U.S. courts and the Department of Justice treat as the benchmark for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Is my business legally required to have an accessible website?
If your website is connected to a business open to the public, a government entity, or a federal contractor, you are very likely covered. Title III of the ADA has been applied to websites for years, the DOJ finalized a Title II rule requiring WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government, and thousands of digital accessibility lawsuits and demand letters are filed every year against private businesses of every size.
Do overlay widgets and accessibility plugins make my site compliant?
No. Automated overlay widgets fix only a small fraction of WCAG issues, frequently break the experience for assistive-technology users, and have themselves become a leading trigger for lawsuits. Real compliance comes from fixing the underlying HTML, ARIA, contrast, focus order, and content — not from a script layered on top. We remediate the code, not the symptoms.
What is the difference between WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and the ADA?
The ADA is the civil-rights law. WCAG is the technical standard that defines what accessible means, with Level AA the practical target. Section 508 is the U.S. federal procurement rule that requires conformance to WCAG for government technology. We build to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA so you satisfy ADA expectations and Section 508 requirements at the same time.
How much does ADA website remediation cost?
It depends on the size of the site and how far it is from conformance. We start every engagement with an accessibility audit that scopes the work and ranks issues by legal risk and user impact, so you can remediate the highest-exposure items first. Most clients find that proactive remediation costs a fraction of a single lawsuit settlement plus legal fees.
Can you make my existing website compliant, or do I need a rebuild?
In most cases we remediate your existing site. We audit it, fix the code and content, validate with screen readers and keyboard testing, and document the result with an accessibility statement and a VPAT where needed. If a site is built on an inaccessible foundation, we will tell you honestly and design an accessible rebuild — but that is the exception, not the default.
